SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow between 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed. Currently shipping is within Australia, USA and Canada - and come with a small shipping fee depending on the size of the order. We have two shipping options available either standard or express for domestic and standard for out of Australia.  All items are currently shipped via Australia Post or Sendle depending on the location.

We will be more than happy to assist if there are any issues with the parcels. Please note however, that once the item leaves our facilities, it is the responsibility of Australia Post / Sendle, if an item is to go missing and / or is not delivered in their proposed timeframes. We highly recommend contacting them if there are any issues with the parcel while in transit. All parcels come with a  valid tracking number for piece of mind, which are provided once the parcels are in on its way. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that unfortunately returns due to change of mind are not possible, however customers are able to contact us if there are any issues with their order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

If for any reason you still wish to return the item, the buyer must be responsible for shipping cost, and that it is retuned safely back to us for a refund, including a valid tracking number.
